Pay for firewood, charcoal, garbage pickup or an extra night
Bookings and nightly rates are handled when you reserve. Anything you pick up while you’re here can be paid online or through the booking platform — digital only, no cash and no card machine on the mountain.
What you can buy here
- Firewood — $10 a bundle — ours only, please. Moving firewood spreads tree disease and invasive insects, so we don’t allow wood brought from home.
- Charcoal briquettes — $11 — there’s a charcoal grill at every site, and these are what it burns.
- Garbage Bag Pickup — $10 — skip the drive to the town drop-off. That buys one collection of up to four bags: two bags today and two tomorrow is two purchases, not one. Buy it any day of your stay, not just the last one. Ask by 4pm and we collect the same day; after that it is the next morning. Ask before the cutoff and the bags never sit out overnight at all — if they do have to wait, bag them and keep them in your vehicle for the night, with the food and the coolers. Loose garbage or a mess left behind is still a cleaning charge, minimum $60.
- An extra night, if you’d like to stay longer and your site is available. If your site isn’t, another one may be.
Buying ahead is easy — pay before you arrive and we’ll add it to your reservation so it’s ready when you get here.

Put your reservation name and site number in the note. “Mary Smith - Big Bend 14” tells us everything we need to deliver orders promptly and saves a round of messages.
Staying another night, or eyeing a different site? Please don’t move to a site you haven’t reserved. An empty site usually means someone is arriving later, not that it is free. Arrange it with us and we will sort it out.
